You need to pass the CSC. You are enrolled in the CSC and you have no choice but to pass the two exams. There is a lot of material to know and understand (23 chapters), memorizing stuff is just not good enough, the multiple choice questions test your understanding not only your memory. The CSC covers the macro and the micro of the financial industry in Canada, there’s a lot to know. For some people reading from a book is not enough.
